DEAL SIZE: | $25MM to $100MM preferred for individual assets; portfolios prioritized |
ACQUISITION FOCUS: | Properties under-performing due to deferred maintenance, poor management execution and/or in need of cosmetic or major rehabilitation. |
PREFERRED MARKETS: | Dallas-Ft. Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and select Texas secondary markets. Charlotte, Raleigh, Nashville, Tampa, Orlando and select secondary markets in the Southeast. |
