Cole Kenefsky leads Rockport’s acquisition efforts through deal sourcing and underwriting of potential acquisitions within the Texas and Carolina markets. Cole has been actively involved in multifamily and industrial real estate for 4+ years across acquisitions and brokerage with a combined value of roughly $1.7 billion. Prior to joining Rockport, Cole held roles at Berkshire Residential, Aspire Ventures, Finial Group, and Northmarq with an emphasis on multifamily acquisitions across the Sunbelt. Cole earned a Master of Science in Real Estate and a Bachelor of the Arts in Economics from Texas A&M University.
