Keith Guerraz \ Managing Partner

Keith Guerraz has been actively investing in multifamily properties for 10+ years. Recognizing the opportunity presented by a distressed market environment, Keith acquired his first multifamily asset in 2009, catalyzing the eventual launch of Rockport in 2012. Since then, Keith has expanded the investment platform and refined Rockport’s systematic investment process. Today, Keith is involved in all aspects of the business, with an emphasis on executing the investment strategy through targeted acquisitions and hands-on asset repositioning.

Prior to Rockport, Keith spent several years pursuing entrepreneurial roles in Investment Management and Capital Markets, including his time as Managing Director of the Institutional Investor Group at Validea Capital Management, a quantitative, factor-based investment management platform servicing high net worth individuals and institutions. Keith earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
