Gary Fogg has spent 20+ years in various Investment Management and Real Estate Investment positions, joining Keith to launch Rockport in 2012. Today, Gary is involved in all aspects of the business, with an emphasis on targeted acquisitions and strategic redevelopment opportunities.

Previously, Gary worked at Kimco Realty (NYSE: KIM), where he focused on acquisitions and the development of highest-and-best use projects across Kimco’s nationwide portfolio, including over 3.5 million square feet of development projects and over 2.5 million square feet of acquisitions with a combined value of over $1.8 billion. Gary earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, where he is currently an Adjunct professor. Gary also completed a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
