Michael Shulman leads the day-to-day asset management of Rockport’s portfolio as well as the sourcing and underwriting of potential acquisitions, primarily in Texas markets.

Michael has been actively involved in multifamily real estate for 10 years across acquisitions, asset management, and investment sales. Prior to joining Rockport, Michael held roles at Fortress Investment Group and AIG Global Real Estate with an emphasis on the asset management of multifamily developments and acquisitions across the United States.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
