Stephen Lefebvre manages Rockport’s day-to-day operations, including underwriting acquisitions and conducting strategic research initiatives.

Stephen has 10+ years of experience in Investment Management & Advisory and Capital Markets, including his past role on the Debt & Equity Finance team at Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL), where he created complex financial models to forecast cash flows and optimize financing structures that resulted in over $1 billion of closed transactions.

Stephen earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of the Arts in Economics from Hamilton College.
